The expansive lawn and shaded terraces within the privacy of garden walls, makes Villa Kavya the ideal tropical setting for a cosy celebration or an intimate wedding, with a capacity for 20 to 50 guests.
Events will be coordinated by professional outside caterers who have the world-class expertise to prepare a sumptuous feast at the villa, in addition to the organisation of decorations, flowers, lighting, sound systems and entertainment. All you need to do is relax and enjoy one of the most memorable days of your lives.

Maximum number of guests: 50 guests (maximum seating capacity) or 100 guests (maximum standing capacity).

Follow the season’s minimum length of stay;
Peak season events are subject to approval.
E V E N T F E E S
Event fees of USD 750++ (subject to 15.5% tax and service charge)
Banjar Fees of IDR 2,500,000 for large events and IDR 2,000,000 for small events.
For small events (below minimum capacity, not exceeding 30 guests, and without amplified music), a fee equivalent to 50% of the Main Event Fee will apply, in addition to the applicable banjar fee.

Music and Event Curfew
Music curfew (sound system, DJ, and live music) is until 11:00 PM only.
Security Deposit
Security deposit to be paid upon arrival to the villa. The amount of USD 1,000 will be used at the Property Management Company's discretion to cover cost of service or replacement in case of breakages or damages to the property prior, during or after the event takes place. This amount is 100% refundable if there are no damages to the property.
Fireworks
Fireworks are not permitted.
Sky Lanterns
Paper candle lanterns or Thai wishing lanterns are not permitted.
