Enter the villa and be greeted with the welcoming sight of a frangipani tree, the adjacent stepping stones and the soothing sound of falling water from the pond. Next to the entrance is the living room, which has a generous L-shaped couch, daybed and a tree-trunk coffee table. In the dining area, an eight-seater table is backed by a wooden breakfast bar and a fully-equipped kitchen. Positioned beside the dining area is the air-conditioned media room, where you can enjoy a movie marathon on a plush sofa and reclining chair. Most of the property’s beautiful spaces look out to the 16m pool and a spacious lawn; Villa Kavya can be used as an event venue for intimate celebrations too.

Three of the bedrooms are on the ground floor; one of which sits within its own annex, with a king-size bed facing a recessed window seat overlooking a walled courtyard. The twin bedroom connects to one of the ground-floor bedrooms, sharing a terrace and shaded relaxation area, making these two rooms perfect for a family. The master suite is perched on the top floor and has its own sheltered outdoor deck that offers glimpses of the sea, and is the perfect spot for evening cocktails against the backdrop of a crimson sunset.

A driver and car rental service is available upon request at approximately USD 60 nett (excluding petrol) for 8 hours a day.

The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the property. Entry or access to the property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.

Nyepi Religious Day
Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on the dates below. Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6:00 AM until 6:00 AM the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 19 Mar 2026, 08 Mar 2027, and 26 Mar 2028.
